The pack includes air-dried Hakka noodles and a specially blended masala sachet, reducing the need to measure different spices and sauces separately. Soak the noodles in freshly boiled water for approximately 5–7 minutes or prepare them according to the instructions printed on the packet. Stir-fry your choice of vegetables, add the prepared noodles and masala, and toss everything together for a quick and flavourful meal.
