Durex Elevate Climax Delay Spray is formulated for adult men who want help delaying climax during intercourse. Its dual-active lidocaine and prilocaine formula works by temporarily reducing sensitivity. According to Durex India, the spray begins acting within approximately five minutes. Durex India Apply three sprays—one dose—to cover the head of the penis approximately five minutes before intercourse. Wipe away excess product before intimate contact. A maximum of three doses, or nine sprays, may be used within 24 hours, with at least four hours between doses. Use only on intact, non-inflamed skin and wash the product off after intercourse.
